2D ZO CRS with conflicting dip handling and local optimization based on CDS stack

CRS based software that handles conflicting dips by stacking over 'all' angles. It uses the pragmatic approach to get initial values which are required to be optimized, currently by a simplex method. Furthermore, common stacking, diffraction stacking, pre- and poststack time migration, and partial CRS are included. The code is based on the implementation of Juergen Mann and modified by Jan Walda. It is parallel and uses MPI.
