2D poststack diffraction separation

Author: Carina Guntern and Marie Voss

This code was initially written by Sergius Dell to separate diffractions from reflections using the CRS attributes. The stacking of the diffraction-only data can be done with CRS, implicit CRS or time-shifted CRS. All three operators are included in the code. It is important that the attributes used were obtained using the same operator. Since a coherence threshold is also implemented a coherence section is required additionally to the attribute sections. The code is optimized to be used with the CRS-Code by J. Mann.

The provided Makefile can be used to execute either the whole Mann code or just the diffraction separation. For the separation the parameters "Diffseparation=1" and "thresW<1" are needed.
